The new iPod Touch 3G will now come in larger capacities: 16, 32, and 64 GB; each priced at $199, $299, and $399 respectively. The 32 and 64 GB versions come with a faster processor like the iPhone 3GS(50% faster). The new iPod Touch 3G also features an improved graphics processor, with the added Open GL ES 2.0 capability. In addition, you can now use Voice Control on music playback.

The iPod Touch 3G, however, will not include the much-expected camera, though Steve Jobs himself personally told me in an email days before that it will not be included. Sorry, he must’ve lied to me about the iPod Touch P. Maybe it’ll be in the fourth generation iPod Touch.

The news regarding the iPod Classic and Shuffle are about the same, with more capacity and lowered prices. The iPod Classic received a storage bump to 160 GB and now retails for $250. The iPod Shuffle comes in 5 colors(shown in picture above). The 2 GB Shuffle will cost $59 and the 4 GB version will cost $79.
